Trouble shooting tips - Most commonly reported issues 
 
READ HERE BEFORE LOOKING FOR YOUR ISSUE - Our job is to provide an app and log in information. We are not IT professionals and DO NOT work for amazon or any other affiliate. Each situation is different and unique to you. If you do not have basic tech skills or cannot get someone with skills to help, then our services are not for you.
 
1. My log in says invalid or expired 
 
Most common reason is that you are not typing in your username and password in correctly. This is the reason 99% of the time. Most mistaken character is the lowercase L or capital i they look the same. Try both. 
 
If your log in information is correct and you cannot log in next question is - Do you have At&t internet? If you do, please turn off security feature on your mobile app. This is not your password but a toggle on your app. 
 
2. My app keeps buffering 
 
How fast is your internet? You need at least 100mbs with higher speeds preferred. Other things to take into account is the age of your modem, ping, latency. Always be sure you refresh the app when you use it first time for the day. It may automatically do this, but to be sure go to the main menu and click refresh. Lastly is your space on your firestick. Keep our TV app, Movie app, and YouTube. That is it the memory on firesticks is horrible. Make sure you are using at least a 4k stick or newer. 
 
Lastly "It's your app, my Netflix, Hulu. Etc works just fine" 
 
You are comparing a horse to a sportscar. Services like Netflix or Hulu have progressive buffering. Our service is HD all the time. It requires higher speeds. 
 
3. Can we request TV channels? 
 
No 
 
4. Can we request movies on VOD? 
 
Yes, please send imdb link on your movie or TV show you wish to add to customer support.  
 
A screenshot or photo of movie or show or Google search will not be accepted. 
 
If a movie is in theaters do not request it as it will be added when it's available. 
 
5. My movie is in another language 
 
While playing a movie go to settings and change the spoken language or subtitles. Not all movies or TV shows have this option, but many do. 
 
6. My TV app is buffering, and I have done everything else mentioned above. 
 
As a fail safe for the TV and movies you are unable to stream more lines than you pay for. It will buffer constantly and be unwatchable. This prevents stealing of service. 
 
7. I've brought my TV / movies over to my friend's house to show them and now it won't work
 
Your service is tethered to your ip account. You will run the risk of your service shutting down and not being able to be watched if you change your location. This may or may not happen to you. This is your discretion and if your account automatically gets shut down, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT. The only fix is keeping your service at your location or run the risk of having to pay for a new subscription. 
 
8. Is the service down? 
 
We will notify you that is why we have the TV group. It will be posted there. It has happened before during server maintenance or extreme weather conditions. With services like this we do run the risk of servers getting completely shut down and all accounts lost. In 10 years this has happened once. There are no refunds on this process as everyone including me has to pay and loses. Having said that we have the best track record and most reliable service in this realm. Just around or try other services and see. Our prices are what they are because we provide quality. 
 
9. Lastly if you have everything typed in correctly, fast enough internet, quality hardware and are unable to get a quality stream you may need a VPN. We do not offer a VPN and it's your internet providers way of battling iptv services. It is impossible for me to determine if you will need one until you do and you try one out. This is rare! But becoming more common as internet providers shadow ban more ips.
 
One commonly used VPN is called "Surfshark" its a paid app that you will download on to your firestick and you run on your firestick. Please run that and then try logging into the app. 
 
10. The download link does not work 
 
Please be sure it is typed in correctly and you followed all the directions precisely. 
 
You may need to unplug your stick if you have followed all directions correctly as the downloader app is finicky and needs to be restarted to fully install the Downloader app
 
11. While trying to stream there is a circle in the middle of the screen and it's been stuck. 
 
Your app is frozen. Please hard reset the firestick by holding the play and home button or unplug firestick from wall. 
 
12. Can I add a line or extend my service anytime? 
 
Yes, you can, please note that every service change is full price. Best practices are to wait near your expiration date to add lines and extend services. Please avoid overlapping separate TV and Movie Services. IF YOU BUY MOVIE SERVICES ONLY AFTER BUYING TV SERVICES YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TV! This is another reason why it's best to wait till you are nearing your expiration date to make changes to your account. 
 
13. Can I have service on my Phone and Firestick? 
 
Yes, you can! Please note that if you want service on both devices at once you need to buy two or more lines! If you do not do so you will receive constant buffering as a failsafe for stealing services.
